- Account information: name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or sign in via a third-party identity provider (Google, email OTP, passkey).
- Organization information: organization name, type, website, and Stripe Connect account details for event organizers.
- Event and ticket data: event details you create, tickets you purchase, and associated transaction data.
- Payment information: payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, referring URLs, and browser/device information.
- Cookies and local storage: we use localStorage to store authentication tokens (access token, ID token) for session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process ticket purchases, issue tickets, and facilitate payments between buyers and organizers via Stripe
- Send transactional emails (ticket confirmations, receipts, event updates)
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Payment processing: transaction data is shared with Stripe to process payments, issue refunds, and facilitate payouts to organizers.
- Event organizers: when you purchase a ticket, the organizer receives your name and email to manage event entry and communicate event-related updates.
- Service providers: we use AWS for infrastructure hosting. Data is processed and stored in the United States.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction and ticket data is retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication (JWT with RS256 signing), and access controls. Payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
